These terms govern your use of trytovera.com and your purchases from us. Tovera is operated by Direct Brands LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

Our products

Tovera sells skincare and soap. These are cosmetic products. They are not drugs and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, check the ingredient list and speak to a doctor before use.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colour, scent and appearance can vary slightly between batches because of the natural ingredients involved.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you if that happens.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or reseller activity, and we will refund you if we do.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you enter.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you choose a subscription, you are agreeing to recurring charges.

Before you pay, we show you the renewal price and how often you will be charged. The same information is in your order confirmation email. Your subscription continues at that price and frequency until you pause or cancel it.

You can cancel at any time, in your account or by emailing help@trytovera.com. To avoid a charge you need to do it before your next billing date.

We email you before every renewal charge.

Our Refund Policy sets out which subscription orders are covered by the 60 day guarantee.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Our content

Everything on trytovera.com, including text, images, logos and branding, belongs to Direct Brands LLC or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you give us permission to use it in our marketing. You confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute goes to the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered.
