Where we ship

United States only at this time.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after your order ships. Processing time is additional.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and high volume periods can all push delivery later than the estimate.

Cost

Free on orders over $50. $4.95 on orders under $50.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund is due to our error or the law requires it.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to start showing scans.

Delayed, lost or missing packages

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but you cannot find it, email help@trytovera.com with your order number.

We may ask you to check with neighbors or household members and to confirm your address with the carrier. Either way we will sort it out with you.

Addresses

Please give a complete and accurate street address at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery to PO boxes because some carriers do not service them. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly may be delayed or returned, and we cannot take responsibility for that, though we will help where we can.

Subscription orders

Renewal orders follow the same processing and delivery times as any other order.
